Lauren’s expertise is rooted in a lifelong passion for home projects, an enthusiasm sparked in childhood while helping design and build her family’s home in Virginia. What began as a hobby has remained a consistent thread throughout her life, as she continued to take on renovation projects and home improvements alongside a demanding corporate career. This hands-on experience, combined with her professional background, gives Lauren a unique perspective and practical know-how that clients trust.

With a reputation for empathy and insight, Lauren listens attentively, asks the right questions, and uncovers the true needs and challenges behind each project. Her ability to cut through distractions and prioritize what matters most keeps projects on track and ensures that clients’ big-picture goals are never lost in the details.

Before launching Cosmic Properties Group, Lauren spent nine years at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she served as a Senior Manager leading global strategic partnerships and driving digital transformation for public sector clients. She is recognized for tackling the toughest challenges head-on, maintaining the highest standards, and ensuring every detail is addressed the first time.

Lauren’s professional journey began in hospitality, where she held leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Washington, DC, Dallas, and Vail. Throughout her career, she has consistently put clients at the center of every decision, earning trust and building lasting relationships-a hallmark of her approach.

A Virginia native, Lauren lives in Vienna with her fiancé and their black Labrador. She holds an Executive MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, she is an avid college basketball fan and enjoys hiking with her dog.
