Lauren Rosser is the Owner and CEO of Cosmic Properties Group, a real estate investment firm dedicated to creating safe, high-quality rental housing in thriving communities, with a particular focus on supporting areas with a strong military presence. As a real estate investor and licensed agent, she advises clients through complex property decisions, including inherited property transitions and the development of residential investment portfolios, with a steady, service-oriented approach.

Prior to founding Cosmic Properties Group, Lauren spent nine years at Amazon Web Services in high-impact leadership roles with global responsibilities and began her career at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where she developed a strong foundation in customer experience and service leadership. She holds an MBA from Georgetown University (EMBA ’21), a Graduate Business Analytics Certificate from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech, and is a Virginia native residing in Vienna with her husband, their black lab, while remaining actively engaged in community service.
